The Pradyuman Murder Case is becoming a Rubik puzzle. The Accused Class XI student who has been charged by the CBI for murdering the 7-year old Pradyuman has taken a u-turn from his earlier confession and said that he was forced to confess to the crime.

The teen student told the legal probe team and CBI officials that the team investigating the crime has forced him to confess to the crime which he never committed. He further added that he was beaten by the investigating team of the CBI to confess the crime. The father of the accused was also firm about the fact that the CBI was forcing his son to confess to the crime.

The statement by the accused of forced confession has raised several eyebrows towards the CBI. However, the CBI has denied all the allegations levelled against it but the officials have not specifically commented on the issue of torture to the accused.

The story of the accused is completely different from the story of the investigating legal team of the CBI. As per the accused he reached the school at around 8 am after visiting the temple near his house and as soon as he reached school his friend asked him to wait and thus he was waiting near school water cooler and when his friend did not turn up he went to music room but the music room was locked and hence he returned near water cooler and then he heard the screams from the washroom and saw a boy vomiting blood and rushed to school gardner and the teacher to inform them about the incident.

CBI on commenting on the investigation done by the Gurugram Police held that though the bus conductor Ashok Kumar was in washroom at the time of the incident but he was using one of the urinals and was unaware about the crime as it can be seen from the CCTV footage.
