This is my response to you: 1. Send him a legal notice; 2. If he does not reply then file a suit for recovery in the civil court; 3. If you want to pressurize him then file a formal complaint to the nearest police station.

Can i reclaim my rights on my deceased father property which i gave up for undervalue

I am a woman. MY father who died in 2002 has 2 male and a female(me) children. My two brothers partitioned the properties themselves on 2003 and I didnot signed in that document. In 2012 I asked them for my rights on the property. The whole property is worth of RS 24lakhs(on 2012). I gave up my rights for about 2 lakhs on 2012. This is registered, and the property worth and the money I got was mentioned in the registered bond. Can I re-Claim my rights now? or Can I ask for balance amount now in 2020? We are Hindhu

Sale Certificate can be cancelled due to Wrong Door Number & boundaries & extent?

Our grandfather has a property which comes to 7childern and one of them took money from X and failed to PAY and they failed a case and they got decree in auction and sale certificate was issued on their name. Point 1: The property is under his father name and it belongs to 7 children's. Point 2: The case was filed on property door no. A but the actual property door no is B. Point 3: The sale certificate was given for door number A not B. Point 4: The boundaries and extent is also wrong as per the sale certificate. Is there any judgement which says that sale certificate can be cancelled due to wrong property? Your findings and Judgement reference is Highly appreciated and will be rewarded if it useful for our case.
