What is the punishment for a man who have been in extra marital affair with a married woman without any sexual intercorse?

Sorry for late reply, I was unwell. If you want your husband to be punished then sexual intercourse will have to be proved in court else you can seek divorce from him on the reason of being unfaithful. You may also go for 498A IPC case for causing cruelty to you because of his extra marital affair and there are other options as well. For further details you may contact me at 9968067817. 498 quashing

My wife loged 498 against me and my family i applied for divorce first now she wants to rejoin I told to take all the cases back but 498 case first hearing is on May 2026 I told to go for quashing but her father saying we will write mou and settle the matter before lok Adalat saying quashing takes 2-3 months time lok Adalat can cancel in 15 - 20 days is it quashing 498 by mutually agreed takes 2-3 months or it can be done in 15 days
