Dear Client, You can not force her to make love with you ,and if she is not interested with you and even having in relation with other boy , you can not force her , and you should understand that she has different behavior and choice of relation. If you force the she may involve you any offence. Pls. Rate and review.

Dear Sir, You have no rights over her but girls have so many rights against boys. In your better interest you may forget her and lead a peaceful life. Please go to my Profile on this site (Myadvo) and Review and Rank me No.5 and call me for more legal advise.

Dear Sir Forget the earlier friend and start new life with new girl friend and if any issues arise tell the police they will take care. Nothing to bother.

Please do not insist her or compel her for any thing, you may drive into criminal cases and you may not get bail easily. From 2013 law has changed and man is at more risk in theses kind of affairs.

Notice by DDA to vacate flat

My father had purchased a DDA flat from the original allottee in 1992. The flat was allotted in 1991. In 2017, when we applied for freehold, DDA informed that they have not given possession of the flat to the first allottee as some payments were pending. In 2017 they also issued a notice to us to vacate the flat. We gave a reply that we will pay the pending dues and regularise the flat in my father's name. Thereafter, we received a notice last week to come to DDA with original paper. In all these years (25 years) we have never received any notice from DDA to pay the dues or to inform us that they have not given possession of the flat. The notice in 2107 was the first notice. Is DDA right in asking us to vacate the flat after 25 years for non payment of some amount when they had never sent any notice for payment earlier and they got to know about it when we applied for freehold?
