My grandfather, grandmother, and father have passed away. My mother is alive, and we are two brothers and one sister. I filed a writ on 28th February in Calcutta High Court because someone is obstructing my construction, but there still seems to be no progress. I mistakenly gave my case to a new advocate who does not have much experience. He took ₹25,000 for filing and hearing, ₹13,700 as court fee based on property valuation (no receipt given), and ₹3,000 for sending a notice. I am now confused whether I am being misled or if the court naturally takes this much time. Any guidance would be very helpful.
