First and foremost step should be to send a legal notice. I hope you must be having agreement and all. If nothing positive happens then file a complaint of cheating and fraud before the police and attach the copies of relevant documents alongwith it. But, for all this procedure do engage some good lawyer. All the best!

This is my response to you: 1. Firstly you can send a legal notice; 2. Secondly you can approach the police station with a formal complaint; 3. If project is RERA registered the approach RERA; 4. You will need to state full facts of your case.

SPA and gift deed validity

Property was allotted to father and it was registered to child 1(A).Later A gave SPA to father to register the property on Mother. Also gave gift deed to be on mother and child 2 or sibling of A.Father executes SPA and property got registered on mother and child 2. Is registration to child 2 valid since SPA was to register to only mother. Can mother and father build a house in the full property. Will they need a partition deed to avoid future issues with child 2? Please advise.
