Stamp duty and challlan charges to be paid under section 80(1) of UP revenue code 2016

Dear sir, kindly tell me the amount which needs to be paid for converting land use of property from agriculture to non agriculture (residential) use for developing a colony. I am informed that of the total value of the land as per the circle rate, 1% stamp duty and 1% amount in the form of challan needs to be deposited to compete the process. However, someone told me that now there is a new circular and only 1% needs to be deposited. Kindly clarify my query and also provide me with a copy of sh

अगर आप खेती कि ज़मीन में आबादी बनाना चाहते है तो आपको अपने इलाके के SDM ऑफिस से संपर्क करना होगा जिसमे SDM 143 घोषित कर देंगे तब आप उसमे कॉलोनी बना सकते है मगर उसके लिए RERA से भी APPROVAL लेना होगा |

Installation of Lift in OLD building

If in an old apparent for renovation with installing a lift is proposed with majority approval but with some others having objections ,whether there will be legal complications during installation and how to overcome it,although installation of Lift is now Mandatory as per India Codes,State Regulations Necessary clearance from Municipality and Chief Electrical Inspector of State will have to be taken obviously
