Regarding Property partnership issue

Greetings, I and my younger brother are the only legal heirs to my parents who have demised 10 years ago (our father also demised at the same time and we have transferred the khata in our joint names) My mother was a doctor, who owned a private nursing home with partnership of another local doctor. This is my response to you: 1. Your query looks incomplete; 2. If there is partnership issue, you can dissolve the partnership; 3. But the legal heirs should be brought on record on the partnership deed.

Installation of Lift in OLD building

If in an old apparent for renovation with installing a lift is proposed with majority approval but with some others having objections ,whether there will be legal complications during installation and how to overcome it,although installation of Lift is now Mandatory as per India Codes,State Regulations Necessary clearance from Municipality and Chief Electrical Inspector of State will have to be taken obviously
