This is my response to you:
1. Try making a complaint to the senior PI;
2. If still the police do not register the complaint;
3. Then file a formal complaint to the magistrate;
4. The police have to register FIR under section 154 of Cr.P.C.

Can father get visiting rights without taking any responsibility of the child
Me and my husband are looking for a divorce as he is over alcoholic and chain smoker. He even use to physically abuse me and this had affected the little child mentally. He is saying that he will not pay any maintenance for the child but he needs the visiting rights. So is it possible for a father to get visiting rights without taking any responsibility of the child??

Legal separation in live in relationship
Hello, we have been in a live in relationship for about 10 years. Now, we have decided to go our separate ways. Is there a legal procedure (like divorce by mutual consent in registered marriages) so that neither of us faces any issues in future. Thank you.
