My DV case is pending for interim maintenance order since 3 years after submission of my husband's salary slip and my husband says to court that he will not give me maintenance neither house for living as i am working lady. What should i do next?

I am really stressed what should I do , will I never able to get job and clear DV bcz of this, On my SSC, HSC, and Leaving Certificate, my mother's first name(Sunita ) is mentioned as most school in Maharashtra record mother first name only . However, on my degree marksheets and degree certificate I mistakenly added my mother's full name (Sunita ramesh pawar) insted of first name and on my passport also her full name is mentioned. Because of this difference, I am confused about what I should do. It's already been 3 yrs since I graduated so correction is not possible , will it create problem while govt/ private job ? And while reissuing passport or work visa ? What is solution for this

If i want to add my father as a dependant on me financially and medically but due to misspelling can it be a problem.

My grandmother is selling one of her properties. She will gift 50 lakhs to me by transferring money from her bank account to mine. I operate all her documents and bank accounts. She is of sound mind, under no pressure, and she is not manipulated. She is gifting this money at her own will. I am concerned someone else in the family might come up later on and claim that I had done something illegal to get that money from her. What documents should I prepare to prevent that.
