Yes you can always file for annulment of marrigae on the ground of fraud as material facts were concelaed at the time of marriage. It has to be filed within 1year from the time of discover of fraud However it is to bring into your notice that epilepsy has been removed as a ground for divorce. You cannot file divorce on the groud of epilepsy..

He is saying that he will not pay any maintenance for the child but he needs the visiting rights. Legal separation in live in relationship

Hello, we have been in a live in relationship for about 10 years. Now, we have decided to go our separate ways. Is there a legal procedure (like divorce by mutual consent in registered marriages) so that neither of us faces any issues in future. Thank you.
