You can send a legal notice to the builder through an Advocate asking for refund of the amount along with 24& interest and possession of the apartment. You can further file a consumer complaint before the Consumer Forum for adjudication of the matter.

Daughters right on parents property
My wife has 1 elder sister and 1 elder brother. Their house at hanamkonda, warangal, Telangana is in the name of my mother-in-law. She had expired 1 year back. Father -in-law is alive. Does these sisters have any right over this property?

Title deed Vs survey plan
The case is between my father and his brother..as per the title deed my father is allotted 44cents in the southern portion and his brother is allotted 10cents in the north side touching eastand west ends of a square plot...as per the title deed we both enjoyed the possession of the properties also accordingly...but recently they have approached revenue officers to fix boundaries as per resurvey plan ..when we enquired with revenue officials we came to know that in the resuvey plan their plot is sketched in western side of our plot instead of northern side...we told them that this sketch is wrong and it is against the title deed and actual possession...later we filed a civil suit for the same...even after producing all necessary documents, and commission reports and hearing today lower court has dismissed the suit...I am totally disappointed....kindly suggest me as what to do..

Query on undivided property related to death of unmarried maternal uncle
I have 4 maternal uncles and 4 maternal aunts , so altogether my father are total : 5 brothers and 4 sisters.
I have a query regarding a Hindu undivided property(our house where all the families of my 4 maternal uncles and my father's family are currently residing
and the property tax is being paid equally by 5 families as the property tax bill is sent in name of all my maternal uncles and my father).
Recently one of my maternal uncle died and he was unmarried. Also , my father died few years ago , so currently 3 maternal uncles are alive.
Also , all my 4 maternal aunts are married and currently alive and living in own houses.
In such a case , when the property of my maternal uncle , who was unmarried , will be divided , will I be eligible for a share , being the son of my father who is no more alive ?
