I have disowned my daughter by simply giving a newspaper notice as advised to me by a lawyer. Is it sufficient?

Firstly you will have to disclose whether the property is self acquired or paternal. Secondly, anyone's right can not be dissolved simply by publishing a notice in the newspaper.

ایک لڑکا ہے اس کا باپ فوت ہو گیا اس کی ماں اور بہن زندہ ہے ہو یہ پہلے وہ لڑکا فوت ہوا اس کے بعد اس کی ماں اور اس کے بعد بہن فوت ہوئی جب وہ فوت ہوئے اس وقت اس لڑکے کے ماموں اور اس لڑکے کے باپ کی بہنوں کی اولاد زندہ ہے اس صورت میں وراثت کیسے تقسیم ہو گی کیا اس میں ماموں کو حصہ ملے گا

Installation of Lift in OLD building

If in an old apparent for renovation with installing a lift is proposed with majority approval but with some others having objections ,whether there will be legal complications during installation and how to overcome it,although installation of Lift is now Mandatory as per India Codes,State Regulations Necessary clearance from Municipality and Chief Electrical Inspector of State will have to be taken obviously
