In a given situation, you are not required to leave your salary for a month even. I would suggest you to serve a notice period to them and if u are already in a notice period then you can leave the company after your notice period is over. You were under obligation to serve a notice period and resignation to your company unless you have some other clause under your appointment and or other document in relation to your joining/resignation forms/document. Once you have served notice period and tendered your resignation you can leave the company even if the company is not reliving you. Your resignation would be deemed accepted by the company if they are not replying to you. The only problem you may face is with regard to your reliving letter which the company may not issue you but that can be sorted out if you can convince your subsequent employer with regard to your issue.

Maintenance Charges without registry

I booked a plot from Vatika Ltd. in Project "Vatika India Next" in 2011. They asked me to take possession(Not registry) in 2016 without which I have to pay holding charges. They asked me to sign maintenance contract with "Enviro Integrated Facility Services Pvt. Ltd. (Floated by Vatika)",and I had no option but to sign the same without which I had to pay holding charges. Till date registry has not been done and without the same I can not make any construction. Now Enviro Integrated has sent me lawyers notice for maintenance charge for 3 Lakh(Approx which includes 1,44,000/- interest) plus 55,000/- for Legal notice. They have mentioned about electricity meter which is never asked to be installed or installed on site. My point is that as registry is not done I can not do any construction, and I am not availing any service so I am not entitled to pay maintenance charge. It is a nexus between Vatika and Enviro Integrated. I would like to know what are my legal options are?
