Dowry case

I've been married on 6th Feb 2018. And after 1.5 month my wife threating to Dowry case and from her family also, abusing with my father mother and quarrel with all of them. Almost 12 people came to my house and bused with my mother and my sister and want 50 lakh to settlement else threatening to false dowry case. I don't how to safe me and my family. please suggest asap.

Better move divorce petition. Give a case of harassment. This way you can save your family members from harassment

I am a divorcee dependent daughter of father and mother who are no more. My late was a CPWD employee. I want to claim the family pension as my name is there in the PPO book. I want to know by CPWD rule which says that whether I can do any kind of employment and what is the maximum wage I can earn when I am getting pension.please validate the same by current CPWD pension
