his is my response to you: 1. The builder cannot allot parking spots, open or stilt; 2. The allotment of parking can only be done by the society that too in 'draw of lots' procedure; 3. Also the parking spot will change in rotation from each owner; 4. Therefore ask the builder to withdraw the allotment; 5. The builder will sell you the parking in black (i.e. in cash), because it is not allowed to be sold; 6. Send the builder a notice and demand your money back.

Probate of Last Registered Will

My father made a Last Registered Will in favour of my mother 9 months back (Dec.’ 2018) wherein he clearly stated that his house with land to be handed over to her. After a month my father expired in Hospital. Since the will was to be “Probated,” accordingly an advertisement was published in the Newspaper 4 months back. Similarly, 2 months ago, concerned departmental Person from District / Subdivision Court had come to the house to do necessary verification of everyone including my mother. Since I along with my mother & sister were at home, He took our signatures together with Xerox ID proof of all. I had received the letters on behalf of my two brothers who were out of station for a week. Death certificate of my father, his Aadhar card along with Aadhar card of my mother her PAN card, Certified Copy of the DEED ( Property purchased by my father) will be placed in the Civil Court before the Magistrate / Judge. The 1st hearing will be done within 10 days. Will the “Registered Will” be easily Probated or is likely to face any Objection? Plz. guide. Thanks !! Sushil Gupta..

Wrong mutation of land

I reside in Assam. I bought a plot of land of which new daag number is 504 from old daag number 412 of patta no. 364. But recently I found on official record that the land has been mutated in my name in a different daag number i.e. 502 in place of 504 and on daag number 504 others name have been mutated. Point to be noted.. My old daag was 412 and from this daag different new daags i.e. 502, 503, 504, 505 and 506 have been created due to sale of land from the old daag number 412 of patta number 364(new). In addition I was, without having that knowledge of my name being mutated in wrong daag number, paying land revenue of daag number 502 along with those original pattadars who never let me know that my land has been wrongly mutated. Interestingly whose name have been mutated in daag no. 504 are those pattadars of patta no. 364. Now please help me. What should I do now.
