Can my landlord charge me for the rent after I moved out?

I followed my lease agreement for breaking the lease before the term end and provided a one month notice to my landlord - taking the rent responsibility in case the apartment is not leased till my lease expires. I took rent responsibility only because I was planning to not move-out if the apartment was not leased by a new tenant. This is my response to you: 1. If you have paid all your dues then you have no worries; 2. The landlord can send you a legal notice; 3. Reply to the legal notice on time; 4. If you complied with the terms of the agreement then you have nothing to worry. Actually I am in the government engineering college in kolkata , west bengal. I had allergy and asthma and did not stay at my hostel in 8th semester as of now this is march and three months have passed. Although my previous dues are clear the administration is asking me to pay mess fees for the 8th semester too. I know it is my fault that i did not inform them about me not staying anymore. Builder sold a shop which is not in approved plan via right to sell

A builder(Deceased) sold common stair case area as a shop in 1986 to my father(Deceased) and said he will make the changes in building plan and provide us with a sale deed but he has failed to do so , what should i do now ? i need to regularise my shop needs it's sale deed to be made.
