Overview

As per the Employees' Provident Fund In Act, any organization with over 20 employees is required to register with the Employees' Provident Fund In CITY_NAME_PLACEHOLDER Organisation.     • Date of joining

    • Date of birth

    • Mobile number

    • Postal address

    • Name of nominee

    • Grade

    • Salary

    • Designation

    • ID proof (Aadhaar and PAN)

    • Bank A/c number with IFSC code
