CBI Reconstruct the Pradyuman Murder Case by taking Accused to the Knife Shop

CBI however suspect that there are more persons involved in the murder. The official of CBI said that they have till now interrogated more than hundred persons in regard to this case. The CBI is anyhow not spilling the beans as to who these persons are or how are they related or what is there involvement in the murder of Pradyuman Thakur.

The Central Bureau of India (CBI) took the accused to the murder related locations and also took him to the knife shop to the reconstruct the crime scene of 7-year old Pradyuman Thakur. The CBI recreated the scene on the first day of custody being granted to him by the Juvenile Justice Board.

CBI however suspect that there are more persons involved in the murder. The official of CBI said that they have till now interrogated more than 125 persons in regard to this case. The CBI is anyhow not spilling the beans as to who these persons are or how are they related or what is there involvement in the murder of Pradyuman Thakur. 

As per the CBI the accused who is a student of Class XI of the same school where Pradyuman thakur used to study has confessed to his crime and the CBI will soon be recording the statement of the accused under section 165 of the CrPC.

CBI said that in its investigation they have discovered that the weapon used in murder which was recovered by them from the police is same as the weapon used by the accused. The accused student was the first to inform the teacher in the school about the incident which happened on September 8 in the school washroom.

The CBI in its remand application to the Juvenile Justice Board has also stated that the accused has admitted to his crime of killing a 7-year boy in school washroom to postpone the exam and the parent teaching meeting. CBI further stated that not only the statement of the accused but they also have CCTV footage, scientific and forensic evidence and statements of witness against the accused to prove the crime he has been charged and arrested for.
