CBI told the gurgaon court that they do not have any evidence against the bus conductor Ashok Kumar, the primary suspect in the seven year old Pradyuman Murder Case. The DNA report of the forensic department also clarified that there is no involvement of Ashok Kumar.

Earlier the CBI has said that action will be taken against Ashok Kumar if any evidence found against him. CBI in its reply has stated that there is no evidence against him. The court will announce judgement on the bail of Ashok Kumar on 21 November, 2017.

CBI has also stated that the accused has been tortured by the Haryana Police to confess to the crime as the bus conductor and school gardner has said to CBI that police has beaten them to support and accept their version of story of the crime.

The CBI has however still not given clean chit to the Ashok as they are still in receipt of chemical reports for giving any final word on the involvement of Ashok in the matter.

The knife which was used to kill Pradyuman did not bear the fingerprints of the Ashok as per CBI and has also rejected the angle of sexual abuse. CBI has stated the involvement of Class XI student in the murder after going through the CCTV footage and filing of bail plea by the bus conductor Ashok in the murder case of Pradyuman.

Ashok’s mother has also stated that he had told them that he is not the guilty of murder and the police has given him electric shocks and have hung him to confess to the murder which he never committed.
