What is the next step after sending formal notice(email)?

Hi, My salary was put on hold without my knowledge and I was asked to resign for the reason I don't know yet without any notice. At first HR was about to issue me F&F settlement but 1 week later when I didn't get any response, I asked them on this matter but then HR denied to pay me for the job I've done for them. I have sent them a formal email 10 days back. Kindly suggest the next step. Regards, Sumit Singh Mumbai +91 8770857017

Dear Sumit, Well to start with, a legal notice is required to be sent to them. It has become a common thing for small corporates to withhold salaries on one flimsy ground or the other. Thereafter, should they fail to pay you, many options are available to you; 1. Raise a labour dispute (if you are not in a supervisory position) 2. File a recovery suit claiming salary with interest. 3. If F&F is more than 1 lac, you can even approach the National Company Law Tribunal to wind up the company (If your employer is a company and your outstanding is more than 1 lac). Feel free to connect in case you require further clarification

unlawful job termination on fabricated reasons

Sir, I worked for a MNC company as a Manager. Despite my good performances, my corrupt seniors 1st put me on bench (no work) for long period as I refused to join their corrupt plans, denied me an assignment and then I was terminated as I refused to submit resignation/separation letter. I have number of proofs of my work appreciation, requesting for assignment etc. My seniors and other senior leaders, it has come to my know thru ex-colleages and social media, were caught by the company for massive fraud/corruption and have since been released by the company but no criminal action initiated against them. I am 48 yrs and owing to very bad termination, no one in the IT industry is employing me. For sure, I will be now jobless forever. I would like to file law-suit including for job loss for rest of life, wrongful termination, number of lies made by ex-employer (proofs), wrong treatment, stigma, mental agony and sufferings. I worked in Bengaluru (company office) but I am a native of Haryana. as I am jobless for 1-1/2 yrs and zero hope of finding another job, I have no other option but to return to my native place, so can I file law-suit in Haryana? I would like to file compensation worth Rs 1 cr. What fees do I have to deposit in advance in Bengaluru or Gurgaon? Kindly help me.

Manifestation Magic Review

We all play head games; some are just better at it, than others. We work really hard to make ourselves feel important, special, indispensably irreplaceable but at the same time, know perfectly well it's all a mirage. (One created, subsisted, flowered, embellished and maintained by us). However, as we move along this staunchly irretrievable revealing journey of life, we are bombarded by the so-called hidden projections we "Think" we have secretly held locked away in our heart. These 'visions of pretended precious splendor' are so safely guarded, we even deny ever having participated in the inventing their unexpected arrival. "Oh! We coyly respond, "How on earth did THAT happen" Or, "What in the world does this mean?" And, "Why do you think this is taking place after all this time?" We are so full of guile; it's astounding to hear ourselves think... https://letsfireurbossnow.com/manifestation-magic-review/

Regarding working hours

Is it not against the HR policy in a MNC to make someone work for consecutive 9 days with out a split-off.
