The person has the right to appeal against the decision. He/She also has a right to approach the Administrative Court of the country where his/her application is rejected and also has the option to go to he human rights commission. If he/she feels that they have been wrongly denied then best is to go ahead and appeal again the decision. Second option would be filing a fresh application again if there has been a change of circumstances. But in my opinion I would strongly recommend to go ahead for Appeal.

My B1/B2 visa application for USA got rejected today. What can I do now?

I am a medical student and had to visit USA for clinical electives for which I had already paid the fee. My visa was rejected on no clear grounds. I am a single child, with father working in govt job. I do not have very close relatives in USA.

Can I apply for H1B visa while my application for L1 is under process? Two different companies.

Should I apply for L1A visa before H1B or after? Would it be a problem if both applications are in process concurrently from different companies?
