my friends take borrow money & she is not returning. am given her 50k money 30k account transfer and 20k cash but she is not returning money what i do

In case you transaction was done via account then you may file a recovery from her showing the valid evidences.

Hello friend, If you could really prove that they had really borrowed it from you and had to return it back then so far as the bank transaction is concerned, you have a chance. but, cash transaction is damn too difficult to prove. So, for 30k, go and give it a chance, file a suit for recovery and there you go! All the best!
