There are categories of electronic products. You need to explain your products in details and depending on the same various licenses and permissions will be required.

Fake offer of employment by a conversation.

Hello, I need legal assistance. I had registered with an immigration company for a work permit process. As per their service agreement, they have clearly stated a guarantee for providing a work permit. I made all the payments as per their demands and later received documents which, upon verification, seem suspicious or possibly fake. When I requested a written assurance, they refused. I have payment receipts, the service agreement, and other supporting proof. I would like to know the correct legal course of action — whether to first send a legal notice or file a police complaint — in case they fail to cooperate or refund.

procedure to obtain death certificate in surat

in the event of my mothers death will NOC be required from my end for issuance/ registration of death certificate? (I am son) if so, can another relative give NOC or is it mandatory that ONLY the child of the deceased can give NOC and obtain death certificate. Also what is the NOC for exactly when obtaining certifcate/registering a death. Gujarat gov website mentions you need a few documents + NOC, so it would be helpful if I knew what the NOC was for and if ONLY legal heir can obtain/apply for death certificate or anyone in family can do it.
