My phone fell and screen broke. I took it to the nearest service centre. After making sure by asking if they were Motorola service centre and authorised, to which they kept saying yes, I went there. They gave me a memo for the repairs. They lied to me about being authorised and charged me the same amount as the official service centre. Now I'm having lots of difficulties with my phone. They are not accepting any responsibility. What can I do now? Can I get my money back?
