Is it possible to deliver alchol after taking a alchol license from a state ? Is there any license which is valid within country? and if not possible , what other way we can deliver the app? give me the solution behind it.

I am looking for a startup in which I want to deliver the alchol in a state , what all necessary steps I can take?

Selling alcohol comes under the purview of the State, where each state has different applicable laws. The major issue which a startup may face for home delivery of alcohol - Permits, as you can not sell alcohol of one state in the other due different laws and tax structures. Some of the startups have successfully implemented online sale & home delivery of liquor in different states. For doing the same, you need to obtain licenses from the respective state governments and then implement your business structure in a manner, which should not violate or conflict with any of the approvals. For the same, it’s advisable you must get in touch with a corporate lawyer, as the business is lucrative and demanding, , but you need to execute proper documentation and business structure. LLP Partner without DIN / DPIN

Is there a way I can enter in to a partnership which needs to be registered as a LLP, either directly or indirectly, in such a way that i don't have to create my DIN / DPIN. The issue is, I may get in to an employment contract in future, and some of the companies don't allow business ownership as a policy. Most companies these days have a DIN/DPIN search as well. Is there a structure which can help me nominate another person to partner in LLP and I have a back to back agreement with that person

Regarding voting in Housing society election

Sir, In our registered Housing association ( Registered under Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act, 1972) , our registered Deed of Declaration states that " Each apartment holder or share holder whether joint owners or otherwise, will have the right of one vote for each apartment " . Election is conducted for 9 member board. However, in the election, our Election committee is allowing each voter to vote up to 9 candidates. ( That is, in One Ballot paper voter can mark up to 9 contestants) Is that legal? I have objected to that saying each voter can vote for only one candidate as per our registered Deed of Declaration. Kindly provide legal opinion on this.
