Iam a teacher and i resigned from my school without giving notice , now the school is asking me to pay up the notice period and for training , I am ready to pay for training but not the notice.

I was working in an international School as Teacher , and I observed that the school is looking for. teacher of same subject which I teach , they even sent an offer letter to one . but he didn't join. When I asked the director about the reason , she said I am not a post graduate and the curriculum requires PG teacher. Then I felt insecured about my job, and instead of waiting for the school to throw me out as soon as they get a teacher, I left the job. Now the school is framing me that I

There is nothing wrong in leaving a job which does not require notice. Kindly share your employment agreement, offer letter and any written correspondence received from the school so that I can give you a better response to your query.

What are the ways to defend myself if my Manager is not acceprting my Resignation and declares me Absconding from Job?
