I have filed section 9 against my wife. I wanna live with my wife & do compromise But my wife does not live with me and my mother. She has charged section 125 against me. Right now i have no job Now what i do ?

Talk to your lawyer about that. show him/her evidence your wife is educated or not, working or not it's all depends on that so talk to your lawyer about that.

Which is your jurisdiction??. You may appoint a lawyer and defend the case, as well as prove the income and job of your wife if any. If there is no job, and even you are jobless the court may order a minimum amount of survival to your wife. Section 9 comenly used to get a divorce in future, if the order of restitution is not complied even after an year of order.

WRONG FSL DONE SIGNATURE OF CHEQUE WITH CHANGED SIGNATURES

In my case a person given a cheque for Rs.1 Lac bearing his signature. this cheque returned unpaid with insufficient funds remarks. we have sued him under section 138. accused filed fir in separate court that sign on cheque and account is not opened by him so direct the police to send this cheque to fsl.
