you can register your company by fulfilling the prescribed formalities which varies from area to area. you can approach the sub-registrar of your area or area where you want to get it register for further details, otherwise you can assign an advocate to do all need full on your behalf.

Educational documents advice

I need some guidance regarding my documents . On my SSC, HSC, and Leaving Certificate, my mother's first name(Kavita) is mentioned. However, on my degree marksheets and degree certificate, my mother's full name (kavita ramesh bansode) is mentioned. Because of this difference, I am confused about what I should do. Will a notarized affidavit stating that both names refer to the same person be sufficient, or do I need to get my degree documents corrected? Correcting all the degree documents seems like a very long and hectic process, so I would really appreciate legal advice. Will this problem affect my Foreign university application and visa process
