You may register a private limited company under Companies Act, 2013, for that you would be required to (a) obtain Digital Signature of the Director(s); (b) Director Identification Number; (c) Drafting of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association; (d) reservation of name of the Company; and (e) Obtaining certificate of incorporation after making all the requisite fillings. Thereafter you would be required to obtain PAN, GST and IEC registration for the Company to commence the business. Please note that in case of import and export of goods GST registration is compulsory irrespective of aggregate turnover. Charges vary from one professional to the other.

Fake offer of employment by a conversation.

Hello, I need legal assistance. I had registered with an immigration company for a work permit process. As per their service agreement, they have clearly stated a guarantee for providing a work permit. I made all the payments as per their demands and later received documents which, upon verification, seem suspicious or possibly fake. When I requested a written assurance, they refused. I have payment receipts, the service agreement, and other supporting proof. I would like to know the correct legal course of action — whether to first send a legal notice or file a police complaint — in case they fail to cooperate or refund.
