How to recover my money from DreamZ infra fraud in Bangalore?

I have booked a flat in DreamZ infra project in Jan 2013. My project in which i had invested has two blocks (A & B). My flat was booked in B. Around Dec 2016, the company got closed with the arrest of chairmen and directors for so many cheque bounce and cheating cases. By that time, A block was 60% completed and B block was at just 10%. Respected Sir/Madam In 2019, I requested ICICI Securities to close my Demat account. A few days later, I received an email stating my trading account was closed, but there was no mention of the Demat account status. Assuming the account was closed, I forgot about it. Recently, in April 2024, an ICICI executive informed me that my Demat account was still active. Upon checking my bank statements, I realized I had been charged ₹826/year since 2019. As per our records, we would like to state that: 1. The complainant's trading and Demat accounts were permanently closed on 21-JAN-19, with no funds/securities in these accounts. 2. For bank account-related concerns, please contact the bank. Yours faithfully, ICICI Securities Limited." Despite this, they maintain that the account was closed in April 2024, not January 2019, and have wrongly charged me since 2019. I escalated the matter and lodged a complaint on SmartOD with the depository (NSDL) and ICICI Bank. Their response was as follows: 1. The reply is from ICICI Securities (above reply of account closer on Scores), not ICICI Bank. Since ICICI Securities has acknowledged that the account was closed, they advised me to include ICICI Securities as a party and raise a fresh appeal. 2. I submitted a new complaint, making NSE and ICICI Securities parties to the issue. However, the response stated that the Demat account falls under ICICI Bank, not ICICI Securities, and therefore, ICICI Securities cannot assist in this matter. Although ICICI Bank and ICICI Securities are both part of the ICICI Group, they are still causing unnecessary harassment. Kindly suggest how and where I should complain to get my refund back. Their was an ad showing fake offer price in the price of iphone 15 at 32000/- by some of the authorised apple store. and i bought it for 71000/- that they are saying their are so many conditions which they were not mentioned
