How to recover money from someone

I have given a mobile phone to a lady and he told me to give in bank transfer on same day but its been 4 days she's not giving me my money keep giving me different reasons please give me solution im a student i borrowed that money from my friend for earning some profits by reselling the mobile phones

arrange for all possible proofs of transaction and file police complaint. we will have to prove that she did breach of trust with us and cheating on pretex of payment.

if you have not given your mobile papers to her then you can issue a notice to her , or you may get registered at police station for theft of your mobile, you may consult a lawyer

WRONG FSL DONE SIGNATURE OF CHEQUE WITH CHANGED SIGNATURES

In my case a person given a cheque for Rs.1 Lac bearing his signature. this cheque returned unpaid with insufficient funds remarks. we have sued him under section 138. accused filed fir in separate court that sign on cheque and account is not opened by him so direct the police to send this cheque to fsl.
