Suit for specific performance or breach of contract (if any) can be filed in the relevant court.

My company has sent a legal notice with false claims. I requested them for clarifyication, they sent my relieving letter which I never asked. Their legal team is non responsive 7 days have passed
I was forced to resign due to politics. My HR manager did not heed to my complaint and tried to cover this issue. The HR head was unresponsive for 2 months and suddenly he sent a legal notice with false claims. No rules and regulations copy was provided to us at the time of joining. Only after 5 months, we got it. He is claiming we were provided.it.
They said I was transferred based on my performance. It is top class and no assessment was done which I fared badly.
How can I report this to the ministry of corporate affairs or take a legal action

If two parties who are under mediation process meet outside court and sign a term of mediation and then one of the party backs out
If two parties who are under mediation process meet outside court and sign a term of mediation and then one of the party backs out from the terms in front of mediation court. then can the other party has any legal benefit. Does this signed deed hold any legal value in court and breaching it would be punishable?
