how to file a suit against dealer

i purchased a laptop while there was a offer of extended warranty of 2 year the dealer instead of providing me that extra benefit provided me a ticket number of that offer and told me that its mine..but now when i have problem in my laptop the ticket number which he gave me is rgistered to any other person......and even the serial number which is mentioned on my laptop is not valid as per customer call center representative...sir how can i rehabilitate my laptop for warranty extension...i just

You have to engage a lawyer and he will file a suit against the dealer for your grievances

Can i lodge a complain on a trnsporter (Delhivery courier) for delaying their deilivery for over 20 days becoz of their negligence?

Delhivery courier deliver a partial delivery out of 12 packages.. i waited for over 15 days for their complete delivery. It was only about 40 minutes drive away from its destination office to its ware house. Since it is not far awsy from its destination, I went to their ware house several times. But, every time i went or send someone for the same there, they never paid heed to my grievience... it is very very frustrating.. i am mentally hurt now...

On April 17, 2023 i traveled with my partner to china by singapore airlines, they lost my baggage still they did not find the luggage. i contacted the singapore airlines they are telling me to contact singapore airlines china they are telling me to contact police. i need to claim compensation for this
