How can my employer deduct an amount from my salary without giving me proper justification of deduction. They only said that my arrear in the form of other payments is being wrongly given to me and hence per month it will be deducted.

AN employer cannot deduct the salary without giving any justification. Employer has to provide under what head is he/she deducting the salary of the employee.

What should I do when my employer is not giving my salary?
My one of the employer did'nt give me a april month salary yet. I joined them in april.Everyday when I ask him about payment, he say it will be settledown by today. But I am waiting for a payment since last week, everyday he lied about salary.
