How can i get my 4 months pending salary from my company ?

My company orion secure solutions pvt.ltd. is not providing me my 4 month pending salary and also not providing me salary that company comitted to me at the time of joinig. Rest of the detail i will share on a phone call.

Firstly, you need to write to their HR Department giving them a reasonable notice to refund your salary. in case, they fail send them a legal notice. consumer court shall not have jurisdiction over this dispute. you may approach labour court for refund of salary. also confirm, if company has been depositing your PF for these past 4 months

You can send a Legal Demand Notice through an Advocate to pay your pending salary dues, post which you can file a Money Suit in the Court (if they still do not pay your dues).

About refund of fees paid in IIT coaching class in Mumbai

I admitted my son in one of the well known institute in Mumbai for JEE coaching in July 2018 (Allen Career Institute). I paid Rs. 1.50 lakh rupees as one time payment. They assured that they will teach my child properly. But my child told that they are not teaching properly.
