Filing a defamation case against office colleague

I scolded a female apprentice working in my firm ( a PSU under Ministry of Railways) for coming late to work on regular basis. Earlier she worked under me and she didn't like my ways, because I am a disciplinarian & every knows that she isn't fit for any technical work & that's why I made her leave my group. So now she is working under someone else. After the scolding yesterday, she has complained to her senior that I publically scolded her which was done not in a harsh way as conveyed by her,but to make her understand to come on time. Morever she has also complained that I have struck off her attendance just to prove her point regarding the scolding. There is absolutely no proof (obviously when I didn't do anything) regarding her attendance complaint & moreover my scolding was nothing derogatory & I can have many witnesses to vouch on that. All my life, I have been very straight forward, but today just because she is a girl, I was asked to be careful, instead of she being on the receiving end. This caused a dent in my reputation, given me mental setback & I want to file a case against her. Plz advice me the procedure to file a defamation case against her.

i took MoU(Unregistered) from seller on property which is having Stay from High court? Is this legal?

I made saledeed(Registered) for 91sq yds out of 10. 12 sq yds (having two mulgies), which is having a stay order from the High Court that the property should not be alinate or a third party shouldn't enjoy it. I took Sign from a seller (uneducated) in MoU (unregistered) that rents should get to me until the case closes without knowing their legal heirs. After their father's demise, they got to know about this, their children sent a notice to cancel the MoU i have not agreed to that, and then they filed a case against me, claiming that 12 sq yds belong to them and rents should go to them, & the rent that is collected by me should return to them. The 12 Sq yds property is in their name only. electric city bill is coming wit their father's name. Will i need to hand over their property? Presently, the case is pending in civil court, what is their chance of winning the case?
