Filing a defamation case against office colleague

I am working in central public sector undertaking company, Chennai. I submit a formal complaint letter about workplace amenities refusal to HRD department . Suddenly a letter signed by department individuals and higher officials on 25.09.2025 , Without due process. forwarded and recommended for psychiatric counselling by GM vy influence .  The letter contains baseless and stigmatic allegations and branding me as, 1.Mentally unstable. 2. Psychologically affected. 3. Dangerous to the section. 4. Engaging in emotional threats and black mail 5. Suggesting I may threaten to commit suicide.6.Suggesting Psychiatrist counselling.  All these allegations not supported by No medical records or Lawful enquiry up to date. I am selectively targeted and subjected to discriminatory treatment without impartial enquiry previously also. The allegations labelling me as mentally unstable and dangerous .So this is a direct attack on my, 1.Dignity, 2.Mental health 1. Co-ordinated targeting.2. Intent to isolate.3. Attempt to force administrative action.4. Malafide Motive to damage service carrier. Recommending Psychiatric counselling without medical basis and portraying me as suicidal is extremely dangerous. Such action Psychological harassment. 3) Branding an employee as mentally unstable without medical certification amounts to character assassination and social humiliation.Circulating such allegations among management and union representatives has caused several mental agony, emotional distress and damage to 5) No prior explanation sought from me. No enquiry conducted. Not given an opportunity to defend myself before or after circulation the complaint. 6) The allegations are defamatory, baseless, malicious, discrimination and cause severe emotional distress also it brought an irreparable harm to my reputation and well-being. It creates fear for my future at company. 7) Prayer: I seek justice for the blatant violation of systems.The 25 signatories violated the labor law and work place dignity guidelines. 8) I filed a case and requested the SHRC for investigation.pending 30 days. What should I do?

Hi Sir, My name is Mayank Rajak. I was planning to install a solar connection at my home, but due to delays from the bank and lack of support from the vendor, I decided to drop the plan. Meanwhile, the vendor prepared an agreement and is now demanding payment for it. The stamp paper was purchased in my name without my permission or knowledge. Yesterday, the vendor asked me to pay for the agreement. When I initially refused, he started threatening me with a defamation case. Due to this pressure, I ended up paying the amount. Later, I gave a 1-star rating on Google based on my experience (without writing anything in the review). Now, the vendor is asking me to remove the review and threatening me again that if I do not remove it, he will file a defamation case against me. Sir, please advise me on what I should do in this situation.
