I have given 3lakhs to a person for singapore work permit VISA & JOB, but later i cancelled the proceedings , and asked him to give back my money, he said ,he will return that money , so far he have given 2.6Lakhs , not giving remaining Rs.40000 (and he is saying it is charge & my work) not returining that money , can I file a case against him (i dont have a proof that i given 3lakhs all are in verbal & banks transfer)

I am an Indian Citizen. I have been a non-consensual Government experiment since a minor. I am legally an adult now. I have been a medical experiment for 5 years. Post that, I have had torture tolerance testing which is ongoing untill present. I live under constant surveillance.

I would like to know the Criminal law sections, under which I can file a lawsuit against my Perpetrators. Also, law sections and procedure to issue a notice to immediately cease-and-desist my illegal experimentation

hi - My mom rented a portion of our property on the first floor to a tenant. it was 1.5 years ago and they didnt pay rent for 7 months. When we called the police, they said they will vactate by October 31st but didnt fulfill it. then they said november 10th, then 15th, then 25th and finally gave it in writing that they will vacate on November 30th. however, now the tenant is saying they wont vacate until december 6th. the tenant's relative hit my brother on his head wtih a stone. they also h
