Can genpact file against you for absconding without prior notice and when I have signed agreement with the company for 1 year

It appears that you were in employment with the Firm and have resigned, however, you were unapproachable and hence, they have filed a complaint against you. However, they cannot unreasonably file a complaint without any base and substance. You can simply send them an E-mail with your coordinates to prove that you are not absconding. As far as payment of rs. 92,000 is concerned, you have not mentioned the reason why they are demanding it, if you have not served the notice period, they can demand your salary in lieu of notice period as per contract of employment. As far as blacklisting is concerned, they have full right to blacklist you only in their internal database, they cannot do anything which will prohibit you to seek employment elsewhere, any such action will be illegal.
