Building owners association not allowing to upgrade broadband internet wiring affecting our business

Since you yourself are a member of the Owners Association, you can take up the issue with the meeting of the Association. The demand of the Association seems to raise its revenue for common good of the Association. But if you can persuade them that permitting Optical Fibre in place of copper wiring will benefit the members more, your Association may agree. Further the Bye Laws of your Association also have a bearing on the issue. If the Bye Laws do not permit the Association to ask for payment for such services, a legal remedy may be available.
