Bonus is calculated on Basic or gross salary?

As per the amendments of Bonus act 2015. Bonus is calculated on 7000(ceiling) or Minimum wages whichever is higher. Pls advice which one to consider for Bonus calculations in below mentioned eg. Basic - 7000 Gross - 14000 Govt limit - 7000 Minimum wage - 12000 thanks in advance.

Hi, You will get it on Minimum wage i.e. 12,000.

Hello Client, For Bonus purpose - defination of salary/wages includes following factors and not only Basic+DA, so please be aware it is not counted only on Basic and DA. It will be counted on your gross income. Percentage is to be decided by the organization as they make profit. Let me know incase of further clarification. Thanks

Non Payment of Salary. Employer refuse to pay my salary

my boss dint paid my salary of May month. i left job in May 2019. (reason for leaving- salary issue , salary was not on time & many things) i told her that do i leave now or shud i wait for 15 days or 1 month by giving resignation. she ask me to leave right away i.e on 28th July, 2019. howevr at a time of leaving when i ask her about my salary she promise me to pay till 10th June, 2019. but since then till yet she kept me on hold since 3 month. aftr long struggle, wen i kept calling her rapidly, she anyhow got convince and told me to collect cheque on 22th July, 2019. In cheque she mentioned 25th Date of deposition. however i did same. suddenly on the very next day i.e 26th July, she call me & denied to pay my salary. she said ur 1 candidate is leaving before terms so i wont pay u salary. im stopping ur cheque. i told my boss that i given many closes before leaving js bcuz 1 candidate leaving, u cant stop my salary, i need to pay emi for home. Still she denied & refused to pay my 16000rs (also she promised me to give Experience letter n Salary Certificate but now i dont think she will giv anything?) request u to help me pls. my family has to pay emi for house. currently im not at job (still searching for job). we are helpless. Pls help
