I found my experience with myadvo to be ok. The lawyer they had assigned to me was good and their support they provided me was expected.

Clean and proficient service. Went to get consultation from a criminal lawyer and they put me through a good one. The fee is feasible and kudos to the sales team! They really did work hard.

My car was impounded due to some misunderstanding. Went to the station but nothing good came out of it. Next got represented by a lawyer through MyAdvo who helped me with my case at the station. Professional team, and highly recommended!

I was duped by a spam organisation online who asked for my card details, etc. Ms. Zoya, who was my point of contact at MyAdvo, connected me with an expert criminal lawyer. It was coincidence that he was working on the same case for two other people. The case was taken to court. One representative from MyAdvo joined us and saw to it that we got our money back.

My credit card was stolen by my roommate and he had vacated the next day. I called his parents and they too were in on this so they didn't pick up. I blocked my card and also send him a legal notice through a lawyer I contacted through Myadvo. It was a horrible day, but things were sorted out smoothly!

When a person apprehends that someone might file a criminal complaint against them and get them arrested on false grounds due to enmity, jealousy or any other reason; they can approach session court or high court under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail. If a person is accused of an offence that is bailable in nature, the person has the right to obtain an order for bail. Also, if a person has obtained an order of anticipatory bail, it’s mandatory to release him on bail.

In case of non-bailable offences, the accused can apply to Court for obtaining an order of bail. However, granting bail in such cases is completely on the discretion of the court.
