Advocate Tanveer Khan

I am an advocate practising in Mumbai since June, 2015. I represent individuals and entities before Metropolitan Magistrates, City Civil & Sessions Courts, Mumbai, and the High Court of Bombay in civil and criminal disputes. I have conducted and advised on a wide range of matters including those dealing with bodily offences, white collar crimes, and cyber crimes under several penal laws of India. I have also conducted civil matters including public charitable trusts, caste certificate, and debt, insolvency, and bankruptcy disputes. I am also empanelled as an advocate with the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority and represent those in need of legal aid in civil and criminal disputes before the High Court of Bombay.
