Hello, I have an experience of 10 years in the field of IPR having worked with niche IP law firms in Mumbai. During my tenure with the aforesaid firms, I have advised and single handedly worked on the entire prosecution process with respect to trade mark, copyright and design applications. Besides, I have also drafted cease and desist notices, civil suits and appeared before the relevant authorities viz. Trade Mark Registry, IPAB, lower courts when criminal action is filed under Section 103 and 104 of the Trade Mark Act, 1999 and Bombay High Court. Since the time I have started my independent practice in December, 2017, I continue to practice in the field of IPR and apart from that I have also been advising clients on various matters.
