Mr Subash Bhat is a Senior Litigation and Corporate Lawyer with more than 38 years of experience. He is the Managing Partner of Trinity Legal Partners a full-service Law Firm. He is an expert in Litigation, Corporate laws, Civil and Arbitration Laws, Foreign Investment, Real Estate and Hospitality. He has done Litigation and Legal transactions in India and in about 100 different countries. Mr. Bhat has been the General Counsel of various large corporations in India including IREO Private limited, a 5 Billion Dollar Real estate Fund. He was Head Legal and Executive Vice President DLF India Ltd, General Counsel Intrepid Capital Partners USA, HIRCO Private Ltd, Indus Towers Ltd etc. Mr. Bhat was the Senior Central Government Standing Counsel. His experience spans from Litigation to Due diligence to Corporate advisory and International transactions. He has been an outstanding and meritorious Law graduate and Senior Legal Counsel recognised for outstanding performance, having been conferred coveted awards by educational and institutional authorities. He has a demonstrated record of having personally handled over 15,000 legal cases of all kinds spanning civil, criminal, arbitration and commercial, besides human rights, environment and intellectual property, across the power, telecom, banking and real estate sectors. Mr. Bhat has been a scholar of the British Council, the Commonwealth Secretariat and the European Human Rights Commission. He has won numerous accolades in his professional career. He was adjudged the Best Student Advocate of India by the Bar Council of India in 1981, having won the best performance award at the First Bar Council of India, Moot Court Contest. He has also studied at the SOAS- School of African and Oriental Studies, Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in London and the University of Strasbourg, France.
