He possess substantial experience handling high-stake litigations/ arbitrations PAN-India (commercial/criminal/economic/employment), drafting/reviewing/negotiating/handling variety of contracts including PPP/concession, private equity investment agreements, debt agreements, software licensing agreements, procurement, manufacturing, leasing, commercial, marketing, branding, logistics and supply chain agreements, debt instruments, vendor/retail partner onboarding agreements, general corporate and regulatory advisory, due diligence, secretarial, employment/labour law, IPO and other statutory compliances.
