Advocate Anant Mishra

I am graduated in Law (LL.B) from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and has done his LLM from National Law University, Jodhpur. Thereafter, I joined Delhi bar Council and got myself enrolled as a Practicing Advocate. Since then, I have been a practicing advocate in Delhi at different forums and in different areas of law. I worked extensively in Criminal Trial, Civil and Matrimony Litigation. I have also practiced before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, National Commission, State Commission, Consumer forums, NCLT, All-District Courts of Delhi and before a number of arbitrators. Presently I am appearing before supreme courts and other High Courts across the country. I have wide experience in every level of litigation including Enquiry, Investigation, Trial, Appellate, Revisional, Writ and Seeking Special Leave from Supreme Court. I like to work with a problem-solving approach, endeavoring to advise from a commercial and practical standpoint. Having worked on a wide variety of assignments in different areas of law like Civil, Criminal, and Matrimony with over 6 years’ experience. I am a lawyer-driven by a passion for my work and still eagerly learning each day in order to be a better lawyer. The zeal to pursue knowledge led me to my unending journey of deciphering new avenues of legal development. I am the founder and the managing partner of a North Delhi based law firm called ‘AM Legal Services’. I have also a full-time team working for the upliftment of women and also provide legal services to them, for which I have a separate website called ‘Rightsofindianwomen.com.
