Disputes Resolution - Litigation Management: • Preparing strategies for effective and desired outcome. • Regular and continuous interaction with Solicitors and Senior Advocates and ensuring that strategies are implemented. • Vetting of pleadings and ensuring that pleadings are filed in Courts / Tribunals / Fora / Authorities within stipulated timelines. • Ensuring compliance of court orders. • Maintenance and timely circulation of MIS with Litigation. B. Disputes Resolution - Non- Litigation: • Preparing and/or vetting replies to external communications. • Handling legal related queries from various centres and other departments. • Maintenance and timely circulation of Query Resolution Tracker. • Standardizing templates and preparing responses. • Preparing and/or vetting ancillary documents including School Forms, Declarations and Undertakings. C. Contracts: • Drafting, Vetting ,Reviewing, Finalising, Managing, Tracking of various Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Terms of Settlement, Contracts, Legal Documents including but not limited to Lease Deed, Trust Deed, Letter of Intent, Agreement to Lease, Sale Deed, Agreement to Sale, Leave and License Agreement, Service Level Contracts, IT Contracts, Marketing Contracts, Admin Contracts, Projects Contracts. Agreements for Security Personnel, Agreements for House Keeping, Agreements for Cafeteria, Outsourcing Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Power of Attorneys, Vendor Agreements, Notices etc. • Conduct primary Due Diligence including title search pertaining to proposed sale, purchase, acquisition or lease, etc of properties or land. • Appear before various authorities, boards, councils, quasi-judicial authorities, local municipal and other authorities. • Advice, guide and assist all internal stakeholders/departments/sister concerns, Corporate office, Zonal office, Centers/Schools on Legal matters. • Drafting of property documents, sale deed, trust deed, lease agreements, leave and license agreements, MOUs, TOSs, agreement to sale and other property documentation. Advise on land & property matters. • Effectively liaison with solicitors, advocate firms, lawyers on property acquisition or arrangement matters and ensure timely follow up and closure of desired arrangement. Keep management updated on development periodically. • Design, augment and review contractual instruments and templates which would assist and support various business activities including overseeing the drafting of documentation for Admin / IT / HR / Marketing / Projects vendor transactions and ensuring that the SLA's are well defined and audited. • Effectively partner in the negotiation process of key business contracts to protect the interest of the organization. • Compliance of business contracts and obligations and guide on consequences of breach of any provisions, thereby protecting the organization from any legal ramifications. Work Relations:  I am practicing as an Advocate with 12 years’ Experience and giving my appearance before different Courts, Tribunals and Quasi-Judicial Authorities as an Advocate.  I am appearing in Civil and Criminal matters at Thane as well as Mumbai and other part of Maharashtra.  I am dealing matters / legal issues in Bail, Anticipatory Bail, Injunction(Stay Order),Criminal Complaint, Labour Laws, District Consumer Forum, Deputy Registrar for Co-Operative Society, Registration & Stamp Collector, FAMILY COURT, proceedings under MOFA, started working under RERA, Filling criminal complaint U/S. 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act., having experience of Banking & Credit / Loan Lending policy of banks, state & Local Development Rules & document verifications of property documents submitted for mortgage, and other Government, Semi-Government, Judicial and Quasi-Judicial Proceedings.  I am specially dealing matters under Maharashtra Ownership Flat Act., MAHA RERA, Transfer of Property Act., Consumer Forum, Mah. Co-Operative Societies Act. 1960, Rent Control Act, Stamp Act, N. I.
