Upon satisfaction of the district revenue officer, the Legal Heir Certificate will be granted to you within 15-20 days.

- A self-undertaking affidavit
- Photocopy of death certificate of the deceased
- Address proof of the deceased. (Photocopy of either of the following documents will suffice: Passport, Voter ID card, Driving license, PAN card, Aadhar card)

Payment Structure
- You are required to pay 75% of the amount before application for obtaining legal heir certificate is made.
- 25% is payable upon date of obtaining the certificate.
